We are so pleased with our remodel done by Swimme and Son. We had a family room, laundry/mud room, and a back porch added on to our house. We also remodeled the kitchen and dining room, converted a powder room into a full bath and made other changes to our home. It was a big project. Their employees, from the office staff to the workers on the job site were great to work with. They were courteous and answered any questions or concerns immediately. The quality of their work and customer service is excellent. They exceeded our expectations and finished the project ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Swimme and Son.

Swimme and Son did a walk shower conversion for my home in OBX. My first interface was with Chris Dail accessing the job and explaining my options and associated cost. I had already talked to two other companies and Chris stood out. He was up front on everything and didn’t criticize other companies work. Thomas worked with me on installation time and addressed my concerns, another great experience. The crew did an awesome job and answered any questions or concerns I had. They gave me a walk in better than I could have imagined. My first call for work in the future will be Swimme and Son, it will be my only call.

I have dealt with Swimme and Son for several years. They have put metal roofs on two building for me, installed gutters and gutter helmets and remodeled two bathrooms. Even replaced some damaged siding as well. Always does a good job and if there is anything I may not be happy with there are no questions asked and they make sure the issue gets resolved.
