Marketing Assistant (part-time)
An opportunity for someone with computer skills and able to commit to a 20-24-hour per week schedule. This person assists with a variety of marketing tasks and helps with IT issues. This position is available now.
Telesales
The duties & responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the programs and presentations of Swimme & Son to represent the company in a professional manner in telephone marketing of our products. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company “Core Beliefs” at all times. No previous experience is necessary. Part-time, flexible hours make this a great opportunity for students and seniors.
Sales
If you are energetic, outgoing, and honest and are looking for an outstanding opportunity to start a new career in professional sales or continue your career in an environment where you are rewarded and appreciated, we may be looking for you! The duties & responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the programs and presentations of Swimme & Son and to represent the company in a professional manner in selling our products. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company “Core Beliefs” at all times. A valid drivers’ license is required for this position, and knowledge of remodeling is helpful but not required.
Administrative Assistant
We need a mature, persuasive individual to manage contacts in a fast paced & challenging environment. Permanent full-time position. Hours are 11am until 7pm Monday through Friday. Knowledge of computers necessary. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills and a great attitude required! Duties include making calls to prospective clients, managing schedules/calendars for sales representatives, making follow-up phone calls after sales appointments, researching database information for accuracy and database entry.
Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader

The duties & responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the construction methods of Swimme & Son to represent the company in a professional manner in installation of our products on clients’ homes. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company “Core Beliefs” at all times. General working knowledge of construction is expected. Must be able to work well in a team, giving clear directions to helpers and following directions given by production management. A valid drivers’ license and a good driving record is required for this position.
Helper
The duties & responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the construction methods of Swimme & Son and to represent the company in a professional manner in installation of our products on clients’ homes. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company “Core Beliefs” at all times. No previous experience is necessary since training is provided. Must be able to work well in a team and follow directions given by crew leaders and production management. A valid drivers’ license is required for this position.
